Also we would like to thank the speakers who came and to our sponsors for their donations of door prizes and getting the word out. Everyone involved played a significant role in making this Symposium a success. And last, thanks to everyone who came out to be a part of this special event!

Franklin Community Park & Museum
The Franklin Community Park is located where the
former Community Hall stood before the May 4th, 2003 tornado. As you walk
through the park you will be able to learn about the history of the community,
also located within the park is a pecan tree which survived the tornado.
Located at the top of the tree remains a piece of metal left by the tornado.
And be sure to check out the Franklin Community Center & Heritage Museum, here
you will be able to get a glimpse at historical items that were donated after
the tornado.
